William Bechamp, a Certified Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, started in the hearing healthcare industry in 1999. William worked for Amplifon USA in one of its national branded hearing aid centers in Tucson, Arizona doing Hearing testing, Hearing Aid Evaluations and Fitting of hearing aids.
In 2003 William was promoted to be an Area Sales Manager for Sonus Corp., also a division of Amplifon USA, overseeing and running offices in the southwest region of the country.
In 2006, William, his wife and 2 children moved back to Michigan where he was born and raised to be closer to family and friends. Not very long after moving back to Michigan, William started the process with a business partner to become an owner/operator of his own private practice. In 2016 that process became a reality with the sole ownership of the current Richmond Hearing Solutions LLC in Richmond, Michigan. With over 20 years of experience in hearing healthcare, William is dedicated to the prevention, assessment and treatment of hearing loss to individuals of all ages.

Barb has been with Richmond Hearing Solutions since January 2023. Barb is the first friendly face you’ll see when you walk into our office at the front desk. Barb’s warm, welcoming personality and friendly, helpful attitude makes our patients feel very comfortable and part of the Richmond Solutions family. Her expertise is in front office administration and patient care coordination. Barb is also excellent at marketing and clinic growth.

Dawn has been with Richmond Hearing Solutions since 2016. Before that Dawn worked for Micro Ear Hearing Aid Center in Clinton Township, MI. Dawn has been in the Hearing Healthcare industry as an office administrator and medical biller since 2011. Dawn is graduate of Detroit Business Institute and her expertise is in office management, medical billing and bookkeeping.
